The Committee on Industry and Labor moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 2, line 17, following the word “person” by adding the following: “who can show proof they passed a drug and alcohol test within the previous 12 months that meets the requirements set out in §21-1D-2 (a), (d), and (h), and who is”,

And,

On page 2, section 2, line 23, following the word “person” by adding the following: “who can show proof they passed a drug and alcohol test within the previous 12 months that meets the requirements set out in §21-1D-2 (a), (d), and (h), and who is”,

And,

On page 2, section 3, line 9 by striking “; or (6) any person who performs work on a single or dual family dwelling where the total amount charged for the work is under $2,500”.
